Love, Fall & Order (2019)

Directed By Claire Niederpruem

Written By Audrey Shulman

When Claire goes home to save her dad’s annual Fall Fest on her family’s pumpkin farm, sparks fly with an old rival – the opposing lawyer she now faces in court. Starring Erin Cahill and Trevor Donovan.

This movie was packed full of Hallmark tropes in the best way. I was fully invested in Claire’s quest to save the family farm and her surprise to find herself falling for her highschool rival. This movie is beautifully shot and all the actors had nice chemistry together. I enjoyed the country music and the train ride from the city, it felt like every scene of the movie was put together with care and I’m sure that’s a credit to the skill of the director. The children were adorable, the caramel apples drool worthy and even the small roles were entertaining. Shout out to the leaf peeping tours so busy taking pictures of the foliage that they kept bumping into the main characters. I definitely got a few Stars Hollow feels.

Favorite Quote: You should have told me Patrick became an L.L. Bean model.

Favorite Kiss: While the kiss at the end was very sweet, the best moments were them getting to know each other again for the first time.
